Healing is real and possible. Suffering does not have to last. The work we do together is designed to allow you to further your journey of growth for years to come. I support clients in finding peace, living authentically, and connecting to self and others. Your unique experiences will be embraced with empathy, compassion, and without judgment. Let's work together to uncover your true self. Whether laughing or crying, we’ll do it together.

My experience and expertise provide me with tools from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, DBT, CBT, Trauma-Focused CBT, Solution Focused Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, Strength-Based Therapy, as well as other modalities, to help adolescents, adults, families, and couples achieve their best outcomes.

Let’s explore the emotions and fears that prevent you from experiencing your optimal self. Together, we will create a safe space to share, explore, and grow, enabling you to become who you want to be.

I work with adults of all ages, and am especially passionate about working with parents.
Being a parent is one of the hardest things you’ll ever do. It can be even more challenging when unresolved trauma or overwhelming life events are making it hard to be the parent you want to be. You couldn’t have predicted it would be so difficult, or that so many of the interactions with your kids would trigger these intense emotions. You probably didn’t expect how lonely you would feel, unable to be honest about your struggles with other parents who seem to have it all figured out. The truth is that these types of experiences are more common among parents than you think, and I'm here to help.

My goal in counseling is to support you by providing compassion, helping you to discover the reason these overwhelming emotions are coming up, and teaching skills you can use when you most need them. Most importantly, the goal is to change your relationship with these experiences so that it doesn’t feel like they are ruling your life.

I am currently accepting new clients to meet online through telehealth. I work with individuals 13+ years and older, families, and couples via telehealth within the state of Washington.

If you connect with any of the following, we should talk - I feel overwhelmed to the point of shutting down. Intrusive thoughts are ambushing me. Procrastination, yep. My family acts like the trauma never happened. Depression and anxiety have infiltrated my life. I feel exhausted after social engagements. I want to make life changes. I don’t know if I love my partner. My perpetrator has never been held accountable. I never expected this kind of financial or employment instability. I just need to talk to someone.

I work with people daily who experience these very things and many more. You are not alone. Let’s navigate these issues together, empowering you to heal from the past and get motivated about the future.

This is real life. Real talk. It’s time to reach out. Talk to you soon!

I offer person‑centered, trauma‑informed, multimodal care that affirms each person’s voice and strengths while recognizing the cultural, historical, and social contexts that shape life experiences. I primarily work with adolescents and young adults, and as a member of the LGBTQIA2S+ community, I strive to create a safe space within my practice for individuals exploring their sexual and gender identities, as well as LGBTQIA2S+ individuals who are struggling with self-compassion or finding a support system. Before counseling, I spent six years as a high school special education teacher, which deeply informs my approach with neurodivergent clients (providing support to individuals with learning disabilities, neurodiversities (ADHD, ASD, etc.), behavioral disorders, and those with learning differences or behavioral challenges. Sessions focus on practical skills, collaboration, and steady progress toward goals, so you can navigate daily stressors with more clarity and confidence. If this sounds like a good fit to you, please feel free to call or email me!

I provide individual therapy for college students, young adults, and adults in Washington State (telehealth). I work with individuals who are experiencing life transitions, burnout, anxiety, depression, day-to-day stress, relationship difficulties, and those who are family planning. My goal is to create a calm, grounding, and safe environment for you to feel comfortable while working toward changing behavioral patterns that are inhibiting you from living your best life. I will help explore and heal the parts of you that may feel unaligned, and work to improve your relationship with yourself and the world around you.
